If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Who we Are

Who we Are

In 1965, Fearon Developments set the foundations to an organisation that was built on hard work, creative vision and integrity.

For 3 generations of the Fearon family have been part of that evolution where traditional values work in synergy with a modern world married in new ideas and modern technologies.

Our philosophy has also been customer centric driven by a strong work ethic to deliver quality workmanship, service and value for money in all we do.

From our early years of establishment where our focus was on building homes for hard working families in Dundalk to becoming one of the leading suppliers of materials to Kitchen and Bedroom Furniture Makers in the North East, Fearon Developments has a unique understanding of the trade that has now become part of our DNA.

We have a strong network of suppliers and trade professionals that can work with you through every aspect of your project to, big or small, in helping you realise your dream home.

Our workshop plant is over 3500 ft2 and is complete with many modern machines that are capable of machining timber to within a millimetre of specified size needed.

Coupled with our extremely experienced staff, totalling a combined trade of over 95 years, means that we can provide not just the ability to provide wood as per sizes needed, but are also on hand to offer advice ranging from wood selection, strength and abilities of wood, cutting, and finally actual assembly advice.

Our Environmental Policy

Our Environmental Policy

At Fearons, we are consistently looking at ways to reduce our Carbon Footprint, and better improve our efficiency with wastage.

In line with this Policy, all Invoices and Quotes will be emailed to minimise the reliance on paper.

We are currently researching cleaner modes of transporting your goods, such as the use of Electric Vehicles, and in the future, drone deliveries.

Our workshop operates a high level dust extraction system and wood burning wastage system carefully managing the local workshop domain, along with reducing our dependence on external heating sources – provided by our biofuel systems.

Bio-fuel plant.  We have replaced an old diesel boiler burning fossil fuels with a wood pellet boiler in 2017 and it has lead to a 60% reduction in emissions.

LED Lighting.  We have replaced all halogen lamps in our warehouses, workshop and shop, with energy efficient LED lamps reducing our lighting energy consumption by 80%.

Machinery. We are gradually replacing old saw machines with modern equipment which to date has improved energy efficiency in the workshop by 22%. We are continuing this process for the foreseeable future.

Our Local Community

Our main pride is our company policy is to grow and develop our involvement with local projects, from annual donations to many local clubs and charities, to our strong commitment to help fund and provide materials/manufactured goods to Local Agenda 21 projects from Cub Troops to Men’s Sheds etc.
